in litigation, mediation and collaborative dispute
resolution. Mediation and collaborative dispute
resolution allow participants to maintain the
greatest degree of control over the process and the
outcome of the dispute, as opposed to litigation
where the outcome is decided by a judge or jury.
Not all clients are suited to all methods of
conflict resolution. Because each client and each
case is different, my clients and I work together to
select the best strategy for their individual
